Yet another Kapoor girl to have made a splash in the Hindi films industry, Kareena Kapoor had the privilege of debuting with Amitabh Bachchan's son, Abhishekh Bachchan. Although J P Dutta failed to create Border's magic in Refugee, Kareena shimmered as a talented actress. She was a natural, without heavy make-up, without too many takes. In fact, Refugee doesn't look like her debut film at all, as she appears as a seasoner actor born with skills of an accomplished actor.
